Terms of sale

1. Seller

Products and services are sold by WJ GROUP Africa (WJ Groupe), a company founded by AGBAKA Wesle Junior, alias Mr DEUKALOUP (Benin). Legal status: sole trader (individual). Tax identification number (IFU, Benin): 1201642502202. Address: Cotonou, Littoral, Bénin.

2. Products

The products are digital guides in PDF format, written in French. Their content (table of contents, level, approximate page count) is described on each guide's page.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and CFA francs, including taxes where applicable. Payment is made by Mobile Money, card, bank transfer or cryptocurrency.WJ GROUP Africa never has access to your card details or secret codes.

4. Delivery

The guide is sent as a PDF by WhatsApp or e-mail after we receive proof of payment, usually within the hour during the stated hours, and within 24 hours at the latest.

5. Right of withdrawal

As this is digital content supplied promptly, the buyer agrees at the time of payment that delivery may begin and thereby waives the right of withdrawal where the applicable law allows. If a file is faulty or unreadable, a new file or a refund will be offered.

6. Use

Each guide is for the buyer's personal use only. Any reproduction, distribution, public sharing or resale is prohibited without written permission.

7. Liability

The guides provide general practical advice. They do not replace the advice of a professional (medical, legal, financial or other). Trading and investment guides are educational and promise no gains.
